Common UI elements

There are several UI elements that appear across several sections of Eversend.

The left sidebar displays a list of all modules and sections of Eversend available to the currently authorized workspace account.

Modules can be collapsed or expanded. To open a specific section, click on its name.

To collapse or expand the sidebar, click on the ‘chevrons’ button to the right of the workspace name.

The bottom panel in the sidebar contains the following elements.

• Settings: opens Eversend settings.

• Help Center: opens a detailed user guide about Eversend.

Click on the name of the current workspace to open the workspace picker.

The menu will display all workspaces available to the currently authorized account. This list is divided into the following categories.

• ‘My workspaces’: shows all workspaces where the currently authorized account is an owner and a member.

• ‘Other workspaces’: contains all workspaces from other teams that can be accessed by the authorized account.

• ‘New invites’: displays the current invites to other workspaces. Invites can be either accepted or declined.

The picker also displays information about the currently authorized account, the ‘Log out’ button and the ‘Create new workspace’ button for adding a new workspace.
