Servers overview
Definition
The Servers section allows for buying new tracking servers and performing operations (e.g., stopping or starting) on existing servers.
Interface
The servers grid
The central grid displays a list of servers and their properties.
The grid has the following columns.
Column name | Definition |

Name | The name of the server. |
Server ID | The unique identifier of the server. |
IP Address | The IP address of the server. Multiple ID addresses can be assigned to the same server. |
Status | The current status of the server. |
API token | The API token used for accessing the server by the Eversend agent. This token is not accessible to worksplace accounts. |
Region | The region where the server is located (either physically or on the cloud). |
Domains | The number of domains that the server is tracking. On click, opens the Domains section filtered to display the domains tracked by the server. |
Hosting provider name | The hosting provider where the server was purchased. |
Hosting provider account | The hosting provider account used for purchasing the server. |
Agent | The flag that shows whether the Eversend agent is installed on the server. |
Tags | The tags attached to the server. |
Owners/Editors/Viewers | The owners/editors/viewers of the server. |
Notes | The custom notes attached to the server. |
Statuses
Eversend is able to interpret response signals from the service providers used for purchasing and configuring servers. The ‘Status’ column shows dynamically changing updates to a server’s state. The badges in this column also contain tooltips that provide more details about a particular server.
In case a problem occurs with setting up a server, the status badge will display the exact issue that Eversend encountered. The tooltip will also provide one ore more possible solutions to the problem.
